Our No Drill Locksmith Policy
Wherever possible, our locksmiths use professional non-destructive entry techniques to gain access without drilling or damaging your lock. Serving customers across Coventry, Leicester, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, we always aim to find the least invasive solution first and only recommend drilling when it is genuinely necessary.
*If we drill your lock we replace for free
We are not driller killers and do not drill locks for profit. We pride ourselves on being able to pick locks we have spent 1000’s of hours learning the tolerances of locks.
We take it as a failure and that we haven’t done our job properly if we haven’t bypassed your lock via non-destructive methods.
What happens a lot in our industry is alleged locksmiths will price cheap to gain entry if you are locked out, they will drill your lock out and charge to fit you a new one (sometimes at absolutely extortionate rates) as they have you over a barrel in the knowledge that you cannot secure your door.
We find this behaviour disgraceful, and we will make every effort to bypass your lock via picking and there will certainly be no damage to your door.
If we drill your lock whilst gaining entry, we will replace your lock for you free of charge. The lock won’t cost you a penny. And you will only pay the agreed charge to open your door.
